Role Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, within the Client and Consulting Services Team, you will apply and develop skills related to product configuration and account management in order to support the successful planning and delivery of large-scale, technology implementations, ongoing client support and relationship management. You will work collaboratively with other members of the CCS team to help maximise product value for clients.  This position is tracked to progress into a Senior Implementation Consultant role fairly quickly.





  • Work closely with other CCS team members to configure platform according to client requirements.
  • Liaise and problem solve with Product team to optimise a configuration build that meets client needs.
  • Document and track client-specific integration requirements and configuration.
  • Assist with testing including development of test scripts and defect resolution.
  • Contribute to development of training materials and workshop facilitation.
  • Help to refresh training materials, client communications, and release notes quarterly to ensure that these materials reflect up-to-date product functionality and features.
  • Track project progress and manage stakeholders to ensure that timelines are appropriately adjusted and communicated to meet client requirements.
  • Help to manage client relationship and contribute meaningfully to development of meeting materials, workshop facilitation, project planning, critical problem-solving and client success.
