These organisations have been spending millions on talent systems that have not given them the information they need about their own employee’s skills, let alone their total talent pool including contingent and alumni workers. As a result, employees are left unengaged and under-utilised while these organisations spend more money sourcing contingent workers to fill the gap, and not necessarily the right ones.
ProFinda is a workforce optimization platform that maps the skills, knowledge, and expertise available across an organisation's total talent supply chain of internal, contingent and alumni workers. By implementing ProFinda, a company can now match their available talent internally and externally with the right opportunities at the right time, increasing engagement, productivity, and efficiency while decreasing costs. We use our proprietary skills ontology and machine learning to build an accurate knowledge base of the skills and experiences of employees, contractors, and alumni for major enterprises.

About the Role
ProFinda has VC backing and a strong YOY growth for the past 3 years. In fact, 120% YOY in the last fiscal year. As a result of recent 2020 successes and the growing size of the market opportunity, ProFinda will be raising $10m in August 2021 and then a series B+ of $25m in early 2022. We are searching for a passionate and innovative Sales Leader to help us continue to engage and win new customers alongside building a new, US-based sales team. Our company is a fun, fast-paced environment with enormous opportunities.
If you are a Sales Leader with experience scaling sales organizations, and you want to be a critical asset in our continued growth, then we would love to speak to you. The ideal candidate needs to have a relentless drive that allows you to exceed typical outcomes and deliver results when others would likely have given up. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with a background or interest in B2B SaaS technology relating to workforce planning, people analytics, HCM, or workforce management software.
