ProFinda is a workforce optimization platform that maps the skills, knowledge, and expertise available across an organisation's total talent supply chain of internal, contingent and alumni workers. By implementing ProFinda, a company can now match their available talent internally and externally with the right opportunities at the right time, increasing engagement, productivity, and efficiency while decreasing costs. We use our proprietary skills ontology and machine learning to build an accurate knowledge base of the skills and experiences of employees, contractors, and alumni for major enterprises.

Role Overview


ProFinda needs to immediately reboot its social media presence on Linkedin and Twitter.  We are looking for a talented Social Media & Content Strategist to construct a cohesive content strategy with a focus on thought leadership, networking around our key stakeholders, ProFinda News and commentary around - skills, resourcing and workforce optimization.  You will be responsible for creating original text and/or video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.


Responsibilities


  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content, minimum 3 times/week (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) via Profinder’s Linkedin and Twitter accounts.
  • Provide content for our CEO’s Linkedin and Twitter accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers and respond to comments in a timely manner.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
  • Weekly reports on progress, analytics and suggestions to improve (new strategies, trends across high performing posts, top/new SEO terms, budget requests).


Requirements

 

Proven work experience as a Social Media/Content Strategist or similar role.  Excellent copywriter and creative digital conversationalists with demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Strong communicator on social media, as well as within the Profinda group to provide internal education and a clear vision as to your social media/content strategy.

 

Self-starter with a positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and time management skills. Fluency in English. Experience using social media for business.
